the sites that Internet Solutions run for owners of vacation
and holiday properties, each site is self contained and has it
own listing prices. Our aim is to build up a large portfolio
of sites which will give our clients a broad range of sites
that they can list their property on, which will increase
their exposure and ultimately lead to more bookings and
profits.
We have now
decided to offer a yearly subscription that gives you access
to all the sites with unlimited listings and news items. You
will also receive regular updates of any new sites and
services that are introduced, all of which you will have
access to free of charge for as long as you keep up your
subscription. The price of the subscription will be based on
the performance of the sites; however, to increase customer
loyalty, you will never pay more for future subscription
charges than what you paid initially. Obviously if the charge
goes down, then you will pay the new lower charges.
The cost of this service is just
£60 p.a.; there are no extra charges for extra
listings, photos or changes to the listings. If you would like

Services
We are also offering a new service should you be short of time
and wish to list on all of the sites, for a fixed one off fee
of £60 we will input all your data to the different sites, all
you have to do is fill in one form and we will do the rest, we
will even resize your photographs if required.
Once listed you will be sent details on how to access your
listing information, you will then be responsible for any
future changes to your listings. You must have already taken
out a subscription for at least one year for you to be able to
use this service.
If you wish
to take advantage of this offer please follow these steps;
1> Go to

HERE and fill in the user application form stating
which package you require.
2> Once this has been completed you will be able to enter all
the details of your property (inc. pictures) into the online
form.
3> After this one of our members of staff will check the
listing, once approved it will go online at accom4u.net for 30
days for you to check and make sure all the details are
correct.
4> Once your listing has been approved you will be sent an
email with a payment link. Payment can be made by credit card
through PAY PAL or by cheque (this can take up to 10 weeks to
clear depending on the country and bank involved)
5> Once payment has been received and cleared, your property
will be placed on all the sites you have requested. As this is
done manually this process can take up to 21 days for your
property to be visible on all the sites.

which site you would like and we will send you a
username/password so you may enter your details with no
obligations. After 6 months we will send an invoice,
if you do not wish to continue you just ignore it and your
listing will be removed with 21 days.
